I was what I'd consider a "high maintenance customer."  I had a lot of questions and had to reschedule their work a couple times.  Each crew that Kent sent out was great!  They are all personable and take their time to answer questions.  They worked quickly and I am pleased with their products and the job done. Jami provided an initial quote with info and pics over email.  She then showed up on time for our appointment for confirmation of original project, along some additional scope of work.
